Originally one of the first shredding companies in the UK and based in West London, Datashred has since moved to a purpose-built site in South East London and offers clients the collection, transportation and secure shredding of confidential data. Servicing business communities in the South East, Datashred presently shreds approximately 6,500 tonnes of material per annum. We understand the importance of complying with the latest legislation (Data Protection Act 1998) and can accommodate every client's specific needs whether that's a GP's surgery with 1-2 sacks of confidential waste every month to more demanding clients (High Street banks, archival companies etc.) who regularly produce in excess of 25 tonnes every month. Clients can choose from a wide range of products: security sacks with ties, 120 litre wheelie bins, 1100 litre four wheeled bins, cardboard paper recycling bins and paper recycling executive bins depending on whether their requirements are for indoor or outdoor use or both. Datashred can assure clients of a guaranteed secure shredding service from the time the confidential data is collected to its secure destruction.
